Total Solar Eclipse 2024

The upcoming total solar eclipse on the afternoon of April 8th 2024 will be viewable from several cities in southern Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, and Newfoundland - a widepsread coverage that will not be seen again in Canada until 2076! The solar eclipse will occur between 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., with maximum totality ~ 3:17 p.m. EDT. On this page you can find resources for everything you need to know about the eclipse.
